This voice is an improvement over the DOW1 voice. It's intimidating, a little psychotic, and inspirational. As every commisars should be.

I think this voice is on par with Eliphas. It is far better than the Lord Bale or Crull. I have not played Soulstorm yet so I am not familiar with Carrion, but I haven’t heard good things about him. He sounds coherent and leaderlike akin to Eliphas, yet he possess the aggression found in Crull.

Ight so it might just be me, but him saying "breathe deep" was just a little too sexual. Like damn take me out to dinner before you spread your gifts to me.
